FAQ's

Q: How can I get my prescription refilled?
A: To refill your prescription, all you need to do is call the store and utilize our automated phone system. Follow the prompts and enter in your 6 digit prescription refill number. If you do not have your refill number, simply follow the prompts and you will be directed to one of our staff members who will be happy to assist you.

Q: What if there are no refills on my current prescription?
A: If you have no refills on your prescription, we can phone your doctor and request a refill for you. Please note that this process may take time, and we cannot guarantee that we will have the medication refilled for you on the same day.

Q: Can I have my doctor phone in a new prescription?
A: Only your doctor or his staff may phone in a new prescription for a patient. We, unfortunately, cannot accept any new prescriptions over the phone from our patients.

Q: What are the alternative methods of submitting a new prescription?
A: All original prescriptions must be written on a valid prescription form from your doctor.  A patient can fax in a copy of the written prescription from the doctor before picking it up, but we must obtain the original prescription before releasing the medication order to the patient. *Please note that certain restrictions apply to these services based on the type of medications be prescribed.

Q: Do you accept my insurance plan?
A: We accept most drug insurance plans. Just bring in your insurance card to our pharmacy and we will bill your medication for you. All you pay is your portion of the co-pay. We will bill Medicare and Medicaid directly, and accept Worker's Compensation as a full payment at no cost to the member.

Q: Is a compounded medication covered by my insurance company?
A: In most cases, an insurance company will re-imburse the patient directly for a compounded medication.  Our pharmacist will provide you with the necessary documentation to assist you in collecting your re-imbursement.

Q: Can I have my prescriptions mailed to me?
A: Yes. We offer a mail delivery service to our patients. Our standard form of delivery is via the USPS and shipping charges will apply.  Please visit our Shipping and Handling page for further details.
